Workshops
The workshops are interactive, sharing experiences, though contributing your own experience is not compulsory. It is an opportunity to meet like-minded people.
I like to create a relaxed, informal, friendly space, where the focus is on curiosity rather than theory. It is important to me that we feel seen and heard so that we ask questions and share experiences.
We explore the felt sense of being in our body with gentle and subtle guided exercises which can be done standing, seated, or lying down, as well as movement.
"The exercises are a blend of guided Realisation Process techniques, embodiment practices, gentle movements and somatic inquiries to experience the subtlest dimension of our self so that we can truly connect to our own being. This will enable us to feel nourished, be touched, and heal."
Always with curiosity the workshops may include:
- The difference between inhabiting the body as opposed to being aware of the body
- Felt sense of our body as a physical being, as an energetic being or as consciousness
- Being able to soften, to let go of holding patterns enables us to live with ease and comfort
- Attuning to qualities of our being such as love, understanding, power
- Experiencing the Ground of Our Being
Each workshop you will gain practical skills and tools that you can easily practise and bring into your own life.
Courses are monthly, weekly or ad hoc, either online or in person, each with different goals in mind.
