Group Session

Most group sessions are conducted online, providing a convenient yet powerful opportunity to meditate alongside others. Group meditation offers a distinct experience compared to solo practice, often fostering a deeper sense of connection, shared energy, and mutual support.

These sessions form part of a regular, ongoing series that blends guided meditation and embodiment practices based on the Realization Process. This approach is designed to deepen your contact with yourself, others, and your environment while revealing your innate sense of well-being. Through this practice, participants are guided to cultivate a solid internal foundation, helping them feel more grounded and supported in their daily lives. The ultimate goal is to uncover a deeper sense of wholeness and inner harmony that arises naturally from within.

Each immersive session lasts 75 minutes, during which participants are led through continuous guided practice. The structure of the sessions allows participants to settle deeply into the experience without any expectation of interaction, providing a space where they can focus solely on their personal process and inner journey.
