Meditation classes inspired by The Realisation ProcessĀ®
Discover how meditation can gently release you from habitual patterns and tensions held in the body to find a new level of peace. Our meditation classes will support you in developing the skill of deep rest, allowing you to reconnect with a deeper sense of self.
Classes are led by an experienced teacher, Louise Reader. They draw on The Realisation Process, a method developed by Judith Blackstone PhD through her own healing journey. The process fosters contentment and joy, and participants report increased energy, mental clarity, and improved overall well-being.
All are welcome in our friendly group sessions. Meditation can be done whilst seated for comfort.
